These tiny little fluffy pancakes are sure to be a breakfast time winner with your children, maybe even the grown ups too. Quick and simple to make, they're a perfect change from your normal cereal. 


  • 1 Cup Plain Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter


  1. Whisk together the ingredients to form a thick batter.
  2. Heat some Coconut Oil in a frying pan, turn to a medium heat. Drop your mixture into the pan in little pancake drops.
  3. When bubbles start to appear on the top, flip the pancakes over using a fork.
  4. Cook in little bataches, until your mixture is gone. Serve with yoghurt & fruit. A drizzle of maple syrup is optional.
