A perfect breakfast for little weaning hands! These blueberry oat pancakes from @homemadefamilymeals look super mourish & the doughnut shape makes them ideal for little hands to grasp too. Perfect for the whole family to enjoy together on a day off.

Ingredients

  • 30g Oats
  • 60g Plain Flour
  • 125ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1tsp Nutmeg
  • 12-15 Blueberries

Method

  1. Whisk together the egg and milk.
  2. Add in the oats, nutmeg & baking powder.
  3. In a mould, add 3-4 blueberrie to each well. Then pour the mixture in evenly.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes on 180c.
