A perfect sauce for stir fry! Pour the stir fry sauce over some mixed vegetables, udon noodles and leftover pork or chicken for a delicious quick meal for your weekdays! You can also forgo the meat and do a veggie stir fry for meatless Monday!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Low sodium chicken stock
  • 1/4 Cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 1 TSP Ginger Powder
  • 1 TBSP Corn Starch
  • 1 TSP Rice Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Honey

Method

  1. Mix ingredients together. Can be stored for 1 week in fridge.
