A super yummy alternative to shop bought Baked Beans. These beans provide plenty of added nutrients for the whole family. They're quick and simple to make. The recipe makes a rather large batch of these yummy baked beans, so there is always plenty to pop into the freezer to serve as a side to a meal on another day. Suitable for all ages & dairy free.


  • Tin Haricot Beans
  • 350g Pasatta
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Onion, Grated
  • 1 Carrot, Grated
  • 1 Courgette, Grated


  1. In a pan fry the Onion, carrot, courgette & Garlic, until softened.
  2. Add the Pasatta, 1/3rd Cup Water, mustard & Paprika. Cook on a low heat for 10 Minutes.
  3. Using a hand blender, blend the sauce in the pan until smooth.
  4. Add the Haricot Beans & Cook for a further 10 Minutes.
