Ingredients
- 85g unsalted butter (room temp)
- 55g soft brown sugar
- 75g porridge oats
- 75g raisins
- 40g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax)
- 50g plain flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
Method
- Preheat oven to 180c
- cream together the butter and sugar
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Roll into little balls and place on a lined baking sheet, press down with hands
- Bake for 13-15 mins until golden brown.Leave to cool if you have patience!
