Overnight Oats


1 grated pear
1 grated apple
30g flaked Almonds (you can omit if allergic)
2 tsp. of cinnamon
2 cups of oats
2 cups of milk
1 cup of water


1. Grate the apple and pear

2. Put all of the ingredients into a Tupperware

3. Mix together

4. Put in the fridge overnight

Top Tip:

If it looks a little stodgy in the morning you can always add a little more milk, stir through a little yoghurt or top it up with water - make it the consistency you enjoy.
