Ingredients
2 over ripe banana
½ cup sugar
125ml cream
¼ cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 pcs white bread, cut into cubes
1 tsp butter
Method
1) Mash banana with sugar.
2) Stir in cream, milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
3) Mix in bread and set aside for 10 mins in the pan.
4) Brush with butter. Pour mixture and bake in a 350ᵒF oven and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the pudding.
5) Set aside to cool completely. Remove from the pan and serve warm.
