The 50 First Foods Interactive Exploration Chart has been designed to help you in your weaning journey and has been created using foods from the NHS recommended list. The chart includes known allergens, highlighted clearly with the letter A. These foods should not be introduced before six months and should be given one at a time with a 3-day gap in between. This allows you to identify any allergic reactions.
We regularly consult with paediatric specialists, nutritionists, and experts, but we do not claim to be medical or healthcare professionals ourselves. To this end, we always recommend referencing the primary sources of verified and trusted information and advice that we, as parents, use ourselves.
