EU customs charge

From 5 Oct 2026 all EU orders shipped from Ireland and therefore no additional customs will be charged.

VAT on all orders is inclusive within the price of the orders and will not be charged on top.

United States

Rest of the World

£19.95 USD - International Standard - 6-12 Business Days

About Deliveries

When will my order be dispatched and when will it arrive?

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Postage times can vary depending on where in the world you are. Please check the dispatch times in the list on our delivery information page for estimates.

Do you offer express delivery?

We do not currently offer express delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking is offered as standard for UK, EU and US orders. Should you not receive a tracking number via email please contact enquiries@bibado.co.uk who can check and advise if you are waiting for your order.

My order is late, what can I do?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive if you are based in the UK, USA or Canada. Please allow up to 28 days for rest of world. Thank you for your patience in delivery at peak times, including our sale periods.

Are you able to deliver to PO Boxes and Armed Forces addresses?

Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes. Please contact us via our online chat or by email to enquiries@bibado.co.uk, and our team will happily help you with this.

Do I need to pay for any International Customs charges?

As of 1st July 2021, VAT will be payable by the customer to Customs for customers based in the EU. We are in the process of getting this automated, and will advise customers when this will be chargeable at the checkout.
