This broccoli cheese quesadilla is a delicious and nutritious twist on a classic comfort food. Loaded with cheesy goodness and healthy veggies, it's the perfect meal for any time of day.
Ingredients
1 cup broccoli
4 small tortillas
3/4 cup grated cheese
Pinch or oregano (optional)
Pinch of garlic granules (optional)
Pinch black pepper (optional)
Method
1) Boil your broccoli until soft but not mushy.
2) Mash a little in a bowl & add your seasoning.
3) Spread onto a tortilla.
4) Then sprinkle cheese onto and place another tortilla on-top to make a sandwich.
5) Place in a pan with a drop of oil and heat for a minute and then flip.
6) Cut into triangles!
7) Enjoy!
