Homemade Hummus

Child in floral top and apron adding spices to chickpeas and garlic in a food processor.

Hummus is perfect for those early weaning days and beyond. Not only does it have an easily digestible texture, it's also really versatile as you can add a variety of ingredients to introduce different tastes to your little ones. Plus it's rich in iron which is great for brain development.
