Recording each exposure to reach the recommended minimum of five times will help jog your memory and work towards the baby’s acceptance of different foods. It’ll help you explore all the ways your little one can experience food, supporting them to grow and stay curious. Whether baby touches, squishes, smells, or tastes it, it counts, so be sure to log it on their chart.
